Legal Secretary Duties: Prepare and edit documents, correspondence, memoranda and various written communications. Ensure timely and accurate submissions of attorney time, billing, expenses and other requested reports. Draft and edit Excel documents and PowerPoint presentations. Coordinate telephone and e-mail communications between attorneys and clients. Perform various administrative tasks. Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent. 4+ years of legal secretarial experience; litigation experience a strong plus. Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint. Exceptional organizational skills, proofreading and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills. Strong typing skills. Maintenance of records and filing.
