Paralegal - Personal Injury The candidate's duties include: Assist attorneys with handling case files and delivering legal services under attorney supervision. Draft discovery, pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and other documents. Assist in trial preparation and strategy development. Actively participate in courtroom as attorney's assistant. Interaction with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies. Knowledge and skills required: Should have Personal Injury experience. Should have thorough understanding of the litigation process. Must have experience reviewing, summarizing, and understanding medical records and terminology. Should have experience of 3-5 Years.
