Associate Attorney - Litigation Candidate must be admitted to practice in Virginia, or taken the Virginia bar exam with results pending. Experience preferred in Virginia litigation matters that may include contract matters, lease disputes, business torts, local government matters, trust and estates, eminent domain, and construction law. Requirements will include: Excellent writing/editing, research and analysis (qualitative and quantitative), communication, critical thinking, and presentation skills. Detail-oriented with excellent time-management skills.
