Litigation Attorney The candidate should have 3 years litigation experience handling General Liability matters. Duties include but are not limited to independently managing a litigation caseload from beginning to end, communicating with clients and providing timely reporting, appearing at depositions and various court appearances and working closely with other attorneys and Partners on matters. Qualified candidates will have credentials from an ABA approved law school, an active license with the Utah State Bar, and possess excellent communication skills.
