Temporary Legal Assistant / Paralegal The candidate will work with a focus in the areas of commercial real estate and corporate transactions. Will prepare legal documents, contracts and correspondence from draft or handwritten text. Manage attorney calendars and assist in meeting deadlines. File correspondence and legal documents in office electronic filing systems. Maintain and organize new and existing client files. Ensure proper indexing, filing or mailing of original legal documents, when necessary. Assemble closing binders (electronic). Bachelor's degree is preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Must have 1-2 years of related experience and/or training. Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, Excel and Adobe is required.
