Bilingual Paralegal (Spanish/English) The candidate interact with clients in Spanish and English, consult with court staff, and learn immigration law. Partner with attorneys to assist with case research. Meet with client to fill out immigration forms and gather the proper documentation. Call and/or email the proper government entity to request information on a clients case. Draft motions and various court documents.Respond to client inquiries. Prepare cases for federal/state court. Update the case management system. Should have ability to manage multiple projects at once and responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization and composure. 1 year of experience in Immigration Law is desired. Should preferably have Bachelors Degree and Paralegal Certification. Experience with INSZoom or similar case management system is desired.
