Seeking an Associate Attorney with 2-3 years experience. Candidate with PA and NJ bar admissions are required. Candidate will have courtroom experience. Will primarily handle premises liability and commercial transportation liability matters. Will involve all aspects of litigation including: drafting and responding to pleadings, directing and responding to written discovery requests, taking and defending depositions, conducting legal research, writing and responding to motions on a variety of issues, conducting oral argument on motions in court, handling arbitration hearings, and keeping the firm's clients informed of all pertinent case developments.
