Personal Injury Specialty Paralegal The candidate will support the practice and help us grow. An experienced legal professional who is well versed in Paralegal responsibilities and duties. File and general records organization/management (physical and electronic). New business intake and client inquiries/communications. Prepare necessary discovery; gather and organize information and evidence; FOIA requests; Medical Records acquisition; etc. Involve in all aspects of legal procedures and operations within the firm. Should preferably have a high school or equivalent degree with 2+ years of proven litigation paralegal (references may be required)experience. Must have 1 year of Paralegal and 3 years of Microsoft Office experience; willingness to learn and professional initiative. Must be able to work in a fast pace and high-demand environment; driven, taken the initiative, and have a strong work ethic; organized, have attention to detail, and are knowledgeable of legal processes and procedures.
