This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is looking to grow and develop alongside an established firm. ## Applicant Skills Successful applicants must have the following skills and experience: - Minimum of 1-year experience in evictions; post-foreclosure eviction experience is preferred - Knowledge of Real Estate Default Services - Detail Oriented - Superior Organizational, Research, and Writing Skills - Independent Worker, Deadline Driven - Able to Manage a Heavy Work Load - Works Well Under Pressure ## Location This position is based in the Financial District of Manhattan. ## Compensation Compensation for this position is competitive and will be commensurate with experience. also offers a full benefits package, including medical/dental/vision, 401k with match, and transportation reimbursement.
