Job Title Associate Attorney Associate Attorney Cleveland, OH Description: AlerStallings of Ohio is looking to hire a full-time Associate Attorney to join their legal team in Northeast Ohio. They are searching for a high-caliber attorney who is interested in being part of a rapidly-expanding firm. This position offers an opportunity to not only become a great attorney but also to have management and leadership opportunities. The Associate Attorney will work with hard working families every day to design plans for their retirement and to help them navigate a nursing home crisis. Salary: This position pays $80,000 - $120,000/yr, depending on experience and performance, and is eligible for Regional Variable Compensation incentive programs based on the region's success. We also offer a robust benefits package which includes medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off (PTO). We are also closed for one week at Christmas and one week over the 4th of July for which employees are paid on top of their individual PTO! About Law Firm: Law Firm is the largest elder law firm in the state of Ohio. They focus solely on asset protection, estate planning, and elder care law. Their clients pay one fee upfront and they receive unlimited calls, and an annual check-in meeting for their lifetime at no additional cost. A Day in the Life: As an Associate Attorney, you are motivated to design and build solutions for their retired and elderly client's that meet their goals and address their concerns. Many times it is addressing things like probate, taxes and long-term care. You are responsible for managing the case and your team members, and providing that ongoing support. You are the backbone of the law firm as you provide exceptional estate planning and elder care legal services to their clients and thus ensure their continued success. You play a pivotal role by helping to bring in new clients. Your days are also spent meeting networking, community involvement and participating at their educational workshops. You love working for an ethical and forward-thinking firm where you are viewed as a partner-in-training and are encouraged to proactively and effectively meet the needs of your clients, as well as be involved in the business side of their practice. Requirements: Admission to the Ohio Bar 2+ years of attorney experience Experience in estate planning or elder care law would be a plus but not a requirement!
