Associate Attorney The candidate will be JD Degree from an ABA accredited law school, licensed in DC and VA for 3+ years and have experience in real estate, title, litigation, bankruptcy and creditor s rights. Multiple licenses is preferred. Must have: 3 years of experience in real estate, title, and litigation. Experience with bankruptcy and creditor right s firms preferred. Outstanding written and oral communication skills to communicate with other attorneys, staff and clients. Outstanding organizational skills. Ability to handle a large volume of cases Proficient in Microsoft Office products, such as Outlook and Word.
