Premises Liability Attorney Our law firm is looking for an experienced Premises Liability Personal Injury Attorney to join its growing practice in its office in Center City, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The Personal Injury Attorney will handle a heavy and complex case load from pre-litigation, litigation, trial prep and trial. Responsibilities: Day-to-day handling of both pre-litigation and litigation premises liability cases Drafting and filing of litigation documents to include pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions and memoranda Guide plaintiff clients through the case process Interaction with expert witnesses and other lawyers to include conferences, drafting of expert reports and affidavits Attendance and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances Qualifications: Law degree (J.D. / JD / Juris Doctor) from a fully accredited law school An active member in good standing of the PA bar (NJ bar a plus) Minimum 3+ years of personal injury / premises liability experience Ability to manage high volume of pre-lit and litigation cases and to take them to trial Excellent client service and communication skills Self-starter driven by long-term career goals Superior writing and oral advocacy skills Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment Excellent research and writing skills Salary and Benefits Our law firm is committed to offering a generous and competitive compensation package that includes a base salary, non-recoverable draw, and standard commission fees/bonuses. The successful candidate will have a law degree (J.D. / JD / Juris Doctor) from a fully accredited law school, be an active member in good standing of the PA bar (NJ bar a plus), and have a minimum of three years of personal injury / premises liability experience. The Personal Injury Attorney will handle a heavy and complex case load from pre-litigation, litigation, trial prep and trial. Cases may include representing plaintiffs in slip and fall; security negligence; wrongful death; dog bite; and other matters in Philly and the surrounding PHL metro area, including New Jersey, if possible.
