Family Law Attorney Candidate will handle caseload is in family law, including dissolutions, child custody, and guardianships. Must have: Currently licensed in California with a clean disciplinary record. Previous family law experience. Previous litigation experience in state or federal court is also preferred. Must be able to effectively handle a demanding caseload while being comfortable working without supervision. A quick learner, with excellent written and verbal communication skills compounded with sound judgment, is strongly preferred. Highly self-motivated with a strong and disciplined work ethic. Ability to establish friendly and trusting relationships with clients. Ability to manage a heavy caseload.
