Qualifications: * 1-3 years of experience in insurance defense * Ability to draft discovery, motions, reports, and other legal documents * Ability to take depositions and attend hearings * Ability to assist at trial * Passionate and highly conscientious about their work * Florida Bar License Summary: A Florida Corporate and Insurance Defense Litigation Firm is looking for an experienced Litigation Attorney (Insurance Defense/Construction Defect/Premises Liability) with 1-3 years of experience. The ideal candidate must be able to draft discovery, motions, reports, and other legal documents and have the ability to take depositions and attend hearings. They must also have the ability to assist at trial and be passionate and conscientious about their work. The starting salary will be based on the applicant's practical experience and the goal is for the right applicant to eventually become partner. The successful candidate must possess a Florida Bar License. Litigation Attorney (Insurance Defense/Construction Defect/Premises Liability): * 1-3 years of experience in insurance defense * Ability to draft discovery, motions, reports, and other legal documents * Ability to take depositions and attend hearings * Ability to assist at trial * Passionate and highly conscientious about their work * Florida Bar License * Salary: $100,000 - $150,000/yearly 1-3 years of experience
