Unboring Intake Attorney The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and atleast one(1) year of related experience. Must be CA Bar Certified. Must be a licensed California attorney. Have extensive experience in criminal law. Prosecuted or defended people a big plus. Former law enforcement experience is also acceptable. Must be comfortable conversing in Penal Code, Vehicle Code, and Health & Safety Code. Must be comfortable communicating with a diverse clientele (white collar, blue collar, or no collar), has relentless enthusiasm, a team-player mentality, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude, enjoys flying by the seat of the pants, and able to do basic computer functions (like email).
