Attorney Duties: Under the supervision of Senior Supervising Attorneys, assist with all aspects of litigation, including developing cases and legal theories, discovery, motion practice, trials, appeals. Drafts briefs, motions, memos, and other documents in support of litigation and policy work. Communicates with the court, witnesses, opposing counsel and co-counsel in a manner consistent with established office procedures. REQUIREMENTS: Licensed to practice law in the State of Louisiana and be in good standing; must have 3+ years of substantive litigation experience; Trial and deposition experience preferred. Should be high achievers with a proven track record. Self-starters who are highly motivated, disciplined and has an excellent team-oriented attitude. Must be hard-working; Have excellent writing, research, and verbal communication skills and Maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
