Talent Acquisition Manager- Attorney Recruiting Duties: Design & develop strategic sourcing and recruiting practices which support the hiring of top tier legal talent, diversity and inclusiveness. Conduct thorough screenings and competency based evaluations of relevant talent to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and overall compatibility with Jackson Lewis organization and team. Effectively partner with internal stakeholders to define strategic objectives and meeting hiring needs. Analyze hiring needs, determines best recruiting methods, and creates/deploys recruiting strategies. Stay abreast of leading industry trends and recruiting best practices. Build and maintains subject matter expertise on target industries, competitors and roles. Manage job postings in various systems. Provide guidance and facilitates the negotiation process through completion. Build and maintains relationships with both passive and active candidates. Establish and maintain a network of industry contacts through participation in professional/trade associations and other professional networking organizations.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree equivalent post- secondary degree is a plus. 3-5 years of talent acquisition experience identifying candidates to meet business needs in a fast-paced environment. 2 years of experience recruiting attorneys required. Corporate experience preferred. Adept at Social Media and Boolean searches; ability to effectively network via technology. Experience working with applicant tracking systems, resume databases, internet sourcing tools and social media recruiting. Strategic thinker able to design innovative, differentiating strategies to attract highly qualified candidates and market brand opportunities.
