Mid-level Subrogation and Civil Attorney The candidate will manage all aspects of a case, including prosecuting workers' compensation subrogation claims and civil litigation. Manage a full caseload of cases of varying degrees of complexity. Create litigation plans. Create budget plans, if necessary. Conduct discovery. Travel to court and other appearances. Try cases while maintaining exceptional client interaction. Compose motions, briefs, correspondence, and other legal documents. Prepare cases for trial. Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties to effectively represent clients. Must have strong negotiation and communication skills.
