Personal Injury Attorney The candidate will be responsible for: Meet with clients. Attend all court appearance. Take and defend depositions. Draft motion responses, pleadings, discovery responses, etc. Prepare a case for trial. Legal research. Second chair trials. Admittance to the state bar required. Should preferably have 3+ years personal injury experience (defense or plaintiff).
