Family Law Attorney The candidate will handle all aspects of family law litigation including client communication, drafting of pleadings, discovery, motion practice, hearings, trials, and mediation. Also, be able to handle own caseload and have trial experience Court appearances, both remote and in-person (Dutchess, Orange, Putnam, Rockland, Westchester, and Bronx Counties). Should have a JD Degree, Bar passage, and be admitted to practice in New York. Must have 3-5 years of previous legal experience in Family Law. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required. Strong legal knowledge is required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is needed. Must be energetic and motivated. Must be self-motivated, organized, and possess strong interpersonal and writing skills.
