Premises Liability Attorney Morgan & Morgan is seeking an experienced Premises Liability Personal Injury Attorney to join its practice in Center City, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The Personal Injury Attorney will handle a heavy and complex case load from pre-litigation, litigation, trial prep and trial. The successful candidate will have a law degree (J.D. / JD / Juris Doctor) from a fully accredited law school, be an active member in good standing of the PA bar (NJ bar a plus), have a minimum of 3+ years of personal injury / premises liability experience, the ability to manage a high volume of pre-lit and litigation cases and take them to trial, excellent client service and communication skills, and superior writing and oral advocacy skills. Cases may include representing plaintiffs in slip and fall; security negligence; wrongful death; dog bite; and other matters in Philly and the surrounding PHL metro area, including New Jersey, if possible. Our law firm's competitive compensation includes a base salary, non-recoverable draw, and standard commission fees/bonuses, as well as a full benefits package.
