Telecommuting Independent Contract Attorney The candidate must be litigator with experience in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Passionate about advocacy for healthcare institutions and under-represented (elderly,disabled) a plus. Guardianship and Medicaid experience preferred. Strong writing and research skills required; experience formulating arguments and case strategies a must. Experience in witness prep, examination and cross-examination required. Must be Licensed in NJ and PA. 2 years of experience is preferred.
