Associate Attorney The candidate will be drafting and review of; pleadings, discovery, law and motion, and demand letters. Legal research and writing. Communications with opposing counsels and pro se defendants. Court appearances throughout California. Witness preparation and client consults. Case management and calendar management. Should be graduated from an ABA accredited law school. Should be admitted and Licensed to practice law in California. Admitted to Districts Courts in California a plus. No experience required, however, 1+ years of litigation experience is preferred. Multiple state licenses is a plus. Experience with creditors rights and remedies is a plus. Knowledge of various consumer statutes including; FDCPA/RFDCPA, Truth in Lending, and similar statutes.
