Attorney The candidate will be researching the law applicable to cases or matters. Continuing any outside practice of law. Providing legal representation in court to insureds and the company on various matters of real property title law and general corporate law. Analyzing legal authorities such as statutes and case law. Analyzing the law on complex issues. Conducting legal research and provide legal services. Supervising attorneys on more complex matters. Directing outside counsel in litigation matters. Providing legal representation and counsel to advance business goals consistent with relevant state and federal law. Identifying, monitoring and communicating changes to federal law, state law, local laws, and case law for impact on existing products. Managing a medium size field law office. Drawing up legal documents and manage legal transactions. Staying abreast of developments in the law. Carrying out and organizing research on legal issues involving corporate law, commercial contracts. Communicating directly to requesting attorney. Preparing cases for litigation or adjudication. Supporting corporate legal matters, such as advising executives on legal risks. Making use of technology and automation in the practice of law. Providing research, legal memoranda, counsel, and advice on legal matters. Should preferably have 1-2 years of courtroom experience in the area of criminal law. Must be competent in the courtroom and has a drive for the mastery of such without being in any way stifled from fear.
