Estate Administration Paralegal The candidate will provide overall support to attorneys in busy Estate and Trust Administration Department. Conduct research to support legal proceedings. Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents. Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes. Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Record and store client information. Organization of physical and cloud-based filing systems. Prepare and review estate and fiduciary accountings. Manage and organize cases, caseload, and processes. Perform high-level interaction with clients (engage in client relations and information gathering). Engage in continuous legal education and professional improvement. Previous experience as a paralegal or other legal field required. Familiarity with legal research required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
