Litigation & Regulatory Attorney The candidate must have 2 plus years of experience with drafting litigation documents, such as motions to dismiss, written discovery, and summary judgment motions, as well as in conducting investigations and communicating with clients. State court experience is a plus. Responsibilities will involve early investigation of cases, meeting with clients, and drafting discovery responses, motions, and interview memos. These are non-partnership track positions and are open to any of our US offices. Should have strong academic backgrounds from nationally recognized schools. Strong project management skills and attention to detail will be critical to success. Should have 2+ years of experience and admitted to practice law
