Associate Attorney Candidate must have: License to practice law in the State of Ohio; Excellent analytical and communication skills; Ability to handle high volume of work effectively and efficiently; Due to client data protocols, this role is in office. Preferred: Experience litigating matters in Ohio courts; Licensed to practice in Commonwealth of Kentucky and/or State of Indiana; Licensed to practice in Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio Federal Courts; Experience representing parties in Bankruptcy Courts. prior litigation experience is preferred, open to recent law school graduates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
