Immigration Associate Attorney Duties: Counsel, and advise clients in business, family, humanitarian, global, and removal defense immigration matters. Conduct consultations with potential clients. Oversee and manage legal staff preparing cases from origin to completion in specific matters including immigrant and nonimmigrant employment-based maters such as Extraordinary Aliens, Multinational Managers, National Interest Waivers, Professionals, SIRW, Entrepreneurs, workforce compliance, and family-based immigrant and nonimmigrant applications, consular processing, immigration consequences of criminal matters, asylum, victims of crime, trafficking, and domestic violence, deferred action and temporary protected status, and removal defense. May prepare for and represent clients in state court for matters such as predicate orders. Assist in training, marketing, and overseeing management of immigration team. May travel to and from Immigration Court and Administrative Interviews. Qualifications: JD Degree, accredited law school. Licensed Bar Member in good standing, preferably in Colorado. 2 years of post-graduate, professional experience in immigration law including advising clients on available immigration options and representing clients before the Immigration Court and during administrative interviews. Spanish or bilingual-speaker preferred.
