Seeking a Paralegal with 5+ years experience with a litigation firm. Candidate must have experience in a Landlord/Tenant or Real Estate firm is highly preferred. Must have an excellent reputation for being aggressive, with strong negotiating skills and a winning track record. We are devoted to producing the highest caliber legal work and are guided by an uncompromising commitment to our clients. Must have excellent research and writing abilities, demonstrated critical thinking skills, professionalism, and a thorough knowledge of all forms of discovery. Must be able to manage, organize and prioritize a large caseload, while maintaining high levels of attention to detail. Knowledge of Civil Procedure, California Superior Court System and LexisNexis are necessary.
