Associate Attorney The candidate will manage case files to formulate next course of action and represent the firm at pre-trials, trials, mediations, and other court appearances. Should have experience working in a fast pace, high volume, high file environment. Must have ability to navigate local legal system, appear multiple times per week in court. Experience creating persuasive communication materials is required. Should have strong investigative skills to uncover facts, causes of action and determine next steps. Must have strong motivation, demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, to work independently and as part of a team. 1-3 years of civil litigation experience is required. Experience in the Creditors Rights or Collection fields strongly preferred. Must have Juris Doctor Degree (J.D.). Must be licensed in state of Kentucky. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel. Subrogation or insurance experience a plus.
