Attorney The candidate will join plaintiff Personal Injury and Wrongful Death Law Firm with offices in Broward and Miami seeking an attorney with experience in personal injury practice to work in Miami office. The job involves handling hearings, legal writing and research, drafting motions, negotiating cases and liens, working with witnesses, clients and experts, handling medical issues in catastrophic injury litigation including medical malpractice, product liability, motor vehicle/trucking cases, premises liability and admiralty. Must have excellent writing skills, including drafting motions and complaints and responding to discovery requests. Candidates also must have experience taking and defending depositions and arguing motions in Court.
