Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate will be's creening potential clients. Diarying important dates. Communicating with clients, witnesses, experts, and vendors.'s hould have Excellent computer's kills with knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google's earches, Lexis. Familiarity with at least one computer case management's ystem (we use TrialWorks). Familiarity with Rules of Civil Procedure, Discovery. Good writing's kills with emphasis on grammar, punctuation,'s pelling, and proofreading. Persistence and follow through on assignments, Ability to prioritize deadlines. Ability to work independently and as a member of a team. Curiosity and the desire to learn new things. Willingness to's peak up and voice ideas and opinions. A Bachelor's degree or a paralegal certificate is valuable, but not necessarily a requirement. A medical background is a plus. Experience in the field of plaintiffs personal injury cases is ideal, but we will consider training's omeone with the requisite's kills and abilities.
