Law Firm Associate Attorney Law Firm is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join their growing legal team. This position will work collaboratively with the legal team to provide the highest standard of legal services to each client. The successful candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in personal injury law and an active Bar license in Missouri. RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage personal injury caseloads through the pre-litigation claim process Interact and negotiate with insurance companies Communicate and maintain positive client relationships Draft correspondence, pleadings, discovery requests and responses, settlement agreements and other legal documents as required Ensure accuracy of all documents prepared Comply with all legal standards and regulations SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: Active Bar license in Missouri (Kansas license preferred) At least 1 year of personal injury law experience Ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment Exceptional organizational, prioritization and time-management skills Committed to providing superb responsive and compassionate client service Proficient with Microsoft Office programs - Excel, Word, etc. and tech savvy Outstanding communication and interpersonal relations SALARY: Law Firm offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience.
