Contract Attorney The candidate will be conducting client interviews, evaluating claims, drafting lawsuits, motions, and pleadings, making court appearances, attending depositions and mediation, conducting legal research and propounding and responding to written discovery. Some litigation experience is highly preferred. Should be admitted or eligible to be admitted to the Federal Courts in Texas. Must have ABA law school graduate with active Texas Bar License. Must be able to work independently without direct supervision and meet deadlines and goals. Should have strong writing, legal research and negotiating skills. Training will be provided by lead attorney. Must have high speed internet, a computer and printer. Supplies will be provided, the law firm is located in the Dallas area. Experience of 1 year (Preferred). Doctorate (Required) and Texas Bar (Required). Spanish (Preferred).
