Paralegal/Legal Assistant The candidate will be the first point of contact when clients call and come into our Carlsbad office. Will provide administrative support, which will include processing mail, scanning documents, data entry, copying, filing, light correspondence, answering telephone calls and opening client files. Tasks may include organizing client files, preparing trust documents, and preparing judicial council forms under the supervision of the lead paralegal and attorneys. Should preferably have a Paralegal Certificate and their notary. Must have excellent writing skills, type 50+ wpm, have good computer skills with Microsoft Office and be organized and detailed oriented. 1+ years of experience is required.
