Legal Secretary - Part-time The candidate duties will include: Draft cover letters and correspondences. Answer phones and greet clients. Schedule client meetings for attorneys. Call clients and confirm client meetings w/ attorneys and IME appointments. Filing. Putting medical records in order from DOS (with potential of doing medical summaries). Create physical files & medical binder. Collecting and routing mail and hand-delivered packages. Scanning, photocopying, faxing. Email/mail correspondence to intended recipients and the people cc'd as directed. Maintain conference room and reception area. Other duties as needed. Will have a high school diploma; at least 1 year of admin/receptionist experience; preferably experience in law firm; must be computer-savvy; be able to type at least 75 WPM; respect for confidentiality and discretion; pay particular attention to detail; and be positive and have an upbeat attitude.
