Senior Attorney The candidate will handle all phases of personal injury and claim cases, including research, pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal processes, for a large volume of cases. Manage a caseload, client interaction, and documentation. Should have a Juris Doctorate degree and an active license to practice law and/or membership in Bar for Missouri. Should preferably have 3 years of legal experience, personal injury experience. Must have knowledge of federal and state statutes, court rules, forms, processes, and procedures. The ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment is required. Superior written and verbal communication skills needed. Strong Leader and proven ability to listen and relate to clients with compassion required. Must be a confident self-starter and problem solver. Excellent negotiation skills, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task are required.
