Legal Secretary/Receptionist The candidate's duties include, but are not limited to: Answer phone calls, maintain calendar, greet and seat clients, receive and process mail, assisting attorneys and clients, assist in drafting legal documents, schedule appointments, drafting correspondence, send faxes, make copies of legal documents, manage office supplies for re-ordering, etc. Must have High School Diploma. Should have Administrative/clerical/organizational abilities. must be Proficient in Office (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), as well as Outlook and Adobe Acrobat. Should have exceptional oral and written communication skills. Must be computer literate with excellent typing skills
