Paralegal - Insurance Defense The candidate will be preparing medical chronologies/records summaries; analyzing medical bills; drafting pleadings, discovery responses, expert disclosures and witness & exhibit lists; preparing trial exhibits; deposition, mediation and trial preparation. Should have 3 years of Florida civil litigation experience; however, experience with insurance defense and billing practices is preferred. A working knowledge of the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook are a must. Must be a Florida Registered Paralegal, Certified Paralegal or graduate of an accredited paralegal program.
