Associate Attorney The candidate should have 2+ years of experience in Labor & Employment law. Experience in Professional Liability, A&E or D&O is also helpful. Duties include legal research, drafting pleadings, taking and defending depositions, drafting and answering discovery, trial preparation and trial assistance. Must have experience in filing pleadings with State and Federal courts and appearing in Court. Must possess excellent organizational skills, be detail-oriented and must communicate with clients and colleagues effectively and in a timely manner. Willingness to travel for court appearances required. Admission to practice in the State of Pennsylvania is required. Admission to practice to New Jersey, or Delaware is a plus. Must have graduated with a 3.2 law school GPA or higher.
