Temporary Paralegal - Medical Revenue Recovery The candidate works in support of medical provider clients in pursuing unpaid medical bills from workers compensation insurance carriers. Should have familiarity with court e-filing systems. Must have familiarity with the preparation and filing of various motions, letters and interrogatories. Must have familiarity with reviewing medical documents, along with Explanation of Benefits. Trial experience a plus. Should have experience with Microsoft Excel. Paralegal certificate or equivalent Professional experience needed. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) essential. Experience with the Workers Compensation court a plus.
