Paralegal The Candidates must be able to communicate effectively and collaborate with peers in team-oriented setting. Responsibilities for a paralegal in our litigation section include supporting 3-4 attorneys with discovery drafting, medical record summaries/chronologies, case evaluation/facilitation summaries, motion writing, legal research, and trial preparation. Undergraduate degree and/or paralegal certificate, No Fault and litigation experience, Ability to assist attorneys in every aspect of managing a quick pace litigation docket, including, but not limited to drafting written discovery, reviewing medical records, preparing case evaluation/facilitation summaries, conducting legal research and preparing motions at the direction of an attorney, Ability to proactively manage a high volume of assigned work in partnership with attorneys while maintaining attention to detail, Demonstrated legal knowledge in the practice of litigation and/or discovery, Familiarity with Court Rules and Procedures, Ability to work autonomously while being a member of a cohesive team, Strong computer skills and experience working in an electronic/digital environment in particular Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat, Ability to successfully complete orientation and training program designated by the Managing Attorney or the Corporate Law Department are required.
