Tax Attorney The candidate will focus on tax and transactional law with a strong emphasis on federal and state tax credits, Section 103, and partnership tax. Must have 1-2 years of law firm experience, a license to practice in New Jersey, and an LL.M. degree in Taxation. Experience in partnership tax, tax credits and/or Section 103 is a plus. Strong legal research background and training is required. Highly developed writing experience in transactional matters is needed. Experience with financial and loan closings is a plus.
