Associate Attorney (Tax & Estate Planning) Candidate may be just graduating from law school or an LL.M. program or may have one year of experience in a large law firm. An LL.M. in tax and/or an accounting degree would be helpful. Must be a member of the Utah Bar, or be willing to take the Utah Bar. If not currently a member of the Utah Bar, candidates with work experience must be a member of the Bar of another U.S. state. Should have experience in one or more of the following practice areas: non-profits, estate planning, corporate and partnership taxation, international tax and ERISA. Must have excellent academic credentials, demonstrate a commitment to ethics, be highly motivated and hard-working, and be able to work with minimal supervision.
