Worker s Compensation Paralegal Bilingual The candidate will play an active role in all aspects of cases including calendaring and docket management, scheduling, document drafting (correspondence, pleadings, discovery, etc.), document review and production, interaction with clients, witness interviews, hearing preparation, etc. Qualifications: Paralegal Certificate or Associate s degree in paralegal studies (a combination of work experience, which provided the same kind, amount, and level of knowledge acquired in the required education, may be substituted on a year-for-year basis for the degree). 3-4 years of workers compensation experience. Excellent knowledge of the Division of Workers Compensation and Office of Administrative Courts rules of procedure. Experience with Needles or a similar case management software is preferred.
