Experience in dealing with multi-state loan/acquisition transactions. Experience with the formation of entities and drafting of organizational documents. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work with individuals at all organizational levels. Ability to organize and prioritize issues and workload. Ability to work on projects independently or with little supervision. Ability to adapt to constantly changing priorities. Good organizational, writing, and proofreading skills.
