Answer a multi-line telephone system, determine the purpose of calls, and transfer callers to appropriate personnel. Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner. Assist in the review and issuance of client invoices. Maintain and organize new and existing client files. Manage and organize attorneys contacts in database. Ensure proper indexing and filing of original legal documents. Prepare closed case files for off-site storage. Requirements: Paralegal certificate and/or college degree. 3-5 years of litigation or transactional experience. Large case management and trial experience a plus. Experience with Relativity and other eDiscovery software required. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with trial presentation software a plus. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, set priorities, and accommodate rush requests. Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills. Must be a team player, willing to help other team members during peak times. Proficiency in Federal and/or State electronic filing. Experience using a legal time and billing system.
