Performs legal and factual research (including electronic and paper copies). Prepares trial, witness, or briefing notebooks (electronic and paper copies). Works under and adheres to terms of GAO and Court Protective Orders. Requirements: Bachelor s Degree. Directly relevant knowledge and experience in the specified area of law may substitute for educational requirement. 3+ years of increasingly responsible, directly related experience during which knowledge, skills and abilities applicable to the position were demonstrated. Directly related experience in the Government Contract Practice Area within a large law firm environment, and Bid Protest, highly desired. Moderate knowledge of Government Contracts law and practice. Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing.
