Manage complex files; review documents and organize relevance; assist with confidentiality and privilege reviews. If litigation, prepare witness files, assist with deposition preparation; assist in all aspects of trial preparation, arbitrations and mediations; attend trials. Participate in client interviews; oversee document productions; manage large numbers of documents as well as electronic data; understand and develop database structures for use in Relativity and other database applications; coordinate data processing with Electronic Discovery Services (EDS) Department and with outside vendors; work analytically; identify interrelationships among cases, statues, regulations and other legal authorities, cite-check legal memorandum and other legal documents; participate in training and mentoring initiatives. Corporate Paralegal The candidate will assist attorneys to prepare integral corporate documents/materials. Will work with lawyers to prepare all documents required to form corporations (both business and not-for-profit corporations), partnerships and limited liability companies in any state. Assist lawyers in the preparation of documentation for amendments, withdrawals, mergers and dissolutions of corporations, partnerships and/or limited liability companies.
