The candidate should have at least 8 years of trademark litigation and TTAB prosecution experience. A Bachelor's degree is required and a paralegal certificate from an ABA qualified program is preferred. Experience with copyright prosecution is also desired. Candidates must possess excellent writing and communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing with attorneys, staff and external contacts.
